PETROVIETNAM EXPLORATION PRODUCTION CORPORATION

In May 2021, Vietnam Oil and Gas Group (PVN) appointed the high-ranking management of PetroVietnam Exploration and Production Corporation (PVEP) by Decisions that are effective from 12 May 2021.

On 3 March, 2021, Dr. Tran Hong Nam - PVEP's Chairman, ASCOPE’s Secretary- In- Charge participated in the Oil Capacity Building Program on Energy Security which was virtually held by Japan Oil, Gas and Metals National Corporation (JOGMEC) in coordination with ASEAN Centre for Energy (ACE).

On February 23, Dr. Le Manh Hung – President & CEO of Vietnam Oil and Gas Group (Petrovietnam) presided over the meeting between PetroVietnam and PVEP on the implementation of business and production plan in 2021.

On January 15th 2021, the delegation of Vietnam Oil & Gas Group (PVN) led by Mr. Hoang Quoc Vuong - Chairman of the Board came to visit Dai Hung - 01 Platform operated by PVEP POC.

On the last days of 2020 and the beginning of 2021, PVEP Chairman Tran Hong Nam had online meetings with PVEP secondees who are still actively contributing to the activity of projects in Algeria and Peru.

On December 17th 2020, PVEP Trade Union held a Sum-Up Meeting of 2020 and implementing tasks for 2021, online between Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh Branch.

On December 9th in Hanoi, Chairman of the Board of Vietnam Oil and Gas Group (Petrovietnam/PVN) Hoang Quoc Vuong paid a visit to work with PetroVietnam Exploration and Production Corporation (PVEP).

On November 18th, PetroVietnam Exploration and Production Corporation (PVEP) signed a cooperation agreement with Hanoi University of Mining and Geology (HUMG) in the fields of training, human resource development, scientific research and technology transfer.

9th October in Ba Ria - Vung Tau, PVEP held a preliminary conference on the work of the first 9 months and implemented plan for the last 3 months of 2020.

On 8th October in Ba Ria - Vung Tau province, PVEP held a Seminar on the E&P strategy for period of 2021-2030 and orientation to 2045.
