In the morning of July 29, 2020, at the PetroVietnam Manpower Traning College (PVMTC), a Signing Ceremony of Cooperation Agreement was organized between PVMTC and PetroVietnam Exploration Production Corporation (PVEP).

Attending the signing ceremony, on the side of PVEP, there were Dr. Tran Hong Nam, Chairman of the Board, Dr. Tran Quoc Viet, President & CEO and other members of Executive Board, functional Divisions. For PVMTC were Mr. Bui Quoc Son, Headmaster and other members of the School Council and Boards. The ceremony also had the attendance of Mr. Le Minh Hong - Vice Chairman of Vietnam Oil & Gas Association, former Vice President of PetroVietnam and former Principal of PVMTC.

Overview of the Signing Ceremony

At the beginning, Mr. Bui Quoc Son reviewed the history of formation and development of PVMTC, he emphasized that the school have had many training programs with many Units across the country, bringing opportunities for students to expand their knowledge. PVMTC is the cradle for training, providing technical and managerial personnel for the Oil and Gas industry. In addition to training activities, PVMTC also combines services based on training such as diving services, automation equipment ... these are branded services on the market and highly appreciated by clients.

PVEP is an important and core unit of PetroVietnam and operates widely inside and outside the country with many projects. Mr. Bui Quoc Son hoped that the agreement will be put into practice, connecting values, making an important contribution to the effectiveness of PVEP's management and activities, as well as contribute to the implementation of PVMTC in 2020 and in the following years.

"PVMTC committed to invest in facilities, improving the quality of teaching staffs as well as designing training products to suit the needs of clients as well as the training program of PVEP" , Mr. Bui Quoc Son affirmed.

Speaking at the ceremony, Dr. Tran Hong Nam, Chairman of PVEP emphasized: PVMTC and PVEP are traditional and core units of Vietnam Oil and Gas Group. The School's services are not only useful for production and business activities of PVN/PVEP, but also the pioneer in the area of services from training to diving...

Based on the long-standing cooperation between PVEP and PVMTC, Dr. Tran Hong Nam believed that this agreement would be a new step, promoting the cooperation that PVEP and PVMTC had; also, PVEP Chairman expressed that this cooperation will come to very specific in the future to bring good values and benefit to PVEP and PVMTC. Mr. Tran Hong Nam expected that the School would continue to focus on safety, service quality, practical benefits of clients and PVEP so that the School's services are truly unique.
