PVEP and Zarubezhneft sign MOU in the Russian Federation

On 30th June 2017 at the Head Office of Russian Federation Zarubezneft, the Signing Ceremony of the MOU between PVEP and Zarubezhneft was organized under the witness of Vietnamese State President Tran Dai Quang.
This Event is in the framework of the official visit to Russian Federation from 28th June to 01st July 2017 of State President Tran Dai Quang according to the invitation from Russian President Vladimir Putin and Prime Minister Dmitri Medvedev. The Vietnamese high-ranked delegation included Prime Minister Pham Binh Minh, Head of State President Office, Ministers of Finance, Planning & Investment, Industry & Trade, Education & Training, Information & Communication, Ambassador of Vietnam to Russia…PetroVietnam Vice President Nguyen Quoc Thap, PVEP Chairman Nguyen Van Que and other members from functional Divisions, Subsidiaries have also participated in the delegation.


State President Tran Dai Quang visits the Head Office of Zarubezhneft

Under the witness of State President Tran Dai Quang, PVEP Chairman Mr. Nguyen Van Que and Mr. Sergey Kudryashov – General Director of Zarubezhneft have signed the MOU to acknowledge the cooperation, research and development in Block 09-2/09 of Cuu Long Basin, Vietnam. The Signing of MOU is in accordance with the consensus from Leaders of PetroVietnam and Zarubezhneft, also helps improve the good relation between PVN/PVEP and all partners in Russia.

State President Tran Dai Quang highly appreciated the cooperation of PetroVietnam and Zarubezhneft, regarding as demonstration of the general and strategic relation between the two Countries. H.E Tran Dai Quang also suggested two Parties actively expand the oil & gas exploration and production in Vietnam, Russian Federation and other more activities.
H.E Tran Dai Quang also appreciate the efficient collaboration between PetroVietnam and many Russian Companies such as Gazprom, Rosneft...and other Joint Companies of the two Countries. He suggested two Parties strengthen the cooperation in oil refining, building pipelines, oil supply to refineries, liquid fuel production….to bring back more and more economical efficiency.
The Signing of the MOU lively represents the general cooperation between Vietnam and Russian Federation, especially in petroleum sector, and also continue open the potential opportunites to research and development for enterprises from the two Countries.
